What is a giclee?

Giclee is a French term meaning “to spray”, referring to how an inkjet printer works, creating a reproduction of an original piece of artwork.  Our giclee printing is one of the best print reproduction methods using a 12-color ink jet printer, canvas and pigment based archival inks. All pieces are protected with a final seal that provides UV protection.

How do I set up an account?

You must first register online and attach your business license. At that time, you will receive a "Welcome" email with product information and pricing.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order several ways including via email to info@chcart.com, by fax to (813) 600-5374 or by calling (813) 979-1591.  

Will you rush?

For rush orders where product is needed in less than 4-6 weeks please contact us to discuss “must have date” and we will do our very best to accommodate your timing requests. A rush order will be subject to a rush fee.

How do I order a wall mural?

Select your image and provide us with the exact dimensions of your wall / space. The wall murals are sold by the square foot and come in 54” panels (for permanent install). Mockup of the image will be provided for approval of proportions. We recommend using a professional wallpaper / mural installer.

Can you do custom sizing, rotation or diptych/triptych?

CHC Art offers custom sizing for all of our canvas giclee images. The price sheet list some of the most commonly ordered sizes, however, if you need a different size, please request a quote and we are happy to produce for you.

 

All of our images can be rotated / orientated anyway you would like. Please note this on your order and provide a copy of the image with the orientation you prefer.

 

Our images can be made into a diptych/triptych or more. We can frame them individually or all together. Contact us for custom quote at info@chcart.com.

What is your freight program?

All orders are FOB Tampa, Florida. Any item that is 30” x 30” or less will ship via FedEx. Larger items will ship via common carrier. Freight is included with your order acknowledgement and sent to customer for approval. We recommend ordering more than 1 or 2 pieces at a time to minimize freight expense.

 

At the time of your order, please note should you require any special services such as a lift gate, residential delivery, scheduled deliveries or if you have specific receiving days or times.

What are your payment terms?

All products are manufactured to order once full payment has been received. 
 

Orders will not be processed for production until payment has been approved and finalized.

 

CHC Art does not offer net terms at this time.

Can I drop ship?

Yes, we can drop ship! Please note that freight expense does increase when shipping to a residential location.

Can you print my own images?

We only print images that CHC Art own the rights to reproduce, therefore, we do not print customers own images.

Do you do business internationally?

CHC Art has the ability to facilitate all international accounts. New international accounts are subject to prepayment at the time of order placement.  Should you require any special services such as international forwarding, crating, etc. please communicate this at the time of order placement.

How do I report damages?

Please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival and report any damages to us within 5 days. Inspection directions can be found on your Sales Order Invoice. Send information on any damages, including photos of the damage and cartons, to info@chcart.com.
